I can totally relate to the sermon cut-up. I don't do a lot of actual editing of the sermon, just basically play from start to finish. BUT, what really gets me is when someone want the worship service or the sermon on DVD! AHHHHHH! We have a vimeo plus account AND it is online by Tuesday! Get high speed and watch online!! I think it is even available for download. Anyway, there's my rant :-)

Our church sets up and tears down every Sunday for church. Set up usually starts at 7am. I will usually prep the computers the night before and then Sunday mornings I will add the sermon notes before I leave (our pastor sends them out late saturday or really early sunday). The biggest issue is when we don't get the notes before we leave. On those days, my prayer life gets stronger as I pray that nothing goes wrong with the projectors so that i can use that extra time (30 minutes before service starts) to add the message into the program (proof read and check scripture references).
